Star of the Week

Kenjon Barner RB Oregon

Barner had been strong each week up until this point, but this was the first week where he put together one of those shocking stat sheet games that Oregon running backs are known for as he picked up nearly 200 yards and 3 touchdowns on only 20 carries and also added a receiving touchdown for good measure.

Surprise of the Week

Sean Mannion QB Oregon State

Mannion has been a solid quarterback statistically so far this season, but blew up against Arizona, throwing for more than 400 yards and 3 touchdowns while also avoiding the interceptions that have plagued him in the past.

Disappointment of the Week

Stepfan Taylor RB Stanford

Fantasy owners who have Taylor were probably drooling over the thought of last week's game against Washington after what he did to the Huskies in 2011, but they came away incredibly disappointed as the Husky defense held Taylor to only 75 yards and no touchdowns.

Top 10 Fantasy Points Leaders Thus Far

1. Brett Hundley QB UCLA 154 points

2. Matt Scott QB Arizona 144 points

3. Kenjon Barner RB Oregon 126 points

4. Marcus Mariota QB Oregon 115 points

5. Ka'Deem Carey RB Arizona 111 points

6. Taylor Kellly QB Arizona State 109 points

7. Johnathan Franklin RB UCLA 107 points

8. Matt Barkley QB USC 100 points

9. Connor Halliday QB Washington State 89 points

10. De'Anthony Thomas RB Oregon 89 points

Start him this week

Sean Mannion QB Oregon State

It was a bit of surprise when Mannion bombed Arizona last week, but it shouldn't come as a surprise if he puts up some seriously impressive numbers against Washington State's much maligned defense this Saturday.

Sit him this week

Keith Price QB Washington

Price has been one of the more disappointing fantasy players in general so far this season and a lot of that can be attributed to the Huskies tough schedule thus far. Things only get tougher this week for Price as the Huskies head down to Eugene where they gave Matt Scott fits two weeks ago.
