BCS Championship Game - Oregon vs. Kansas State
The Ducks will luck out and miss Alabama unless a Kansas State and Notre Dame slip up and I don't see the Wildcats dropping one of their remaining games. The Wildcats seem to get more and more impressive every week and could actually provide a better matchup since they have a much better offense than Notre Dame and Alabama.
Rose Bowl - USC vs. Wisconsin
I think the Trojans will finish in the Top 14 of the BCS standings and give the Pac-12 a second BCS team if they can beat UCLA and Notre Dame, even if they lose the Ducks in the Pac-12 Championship Game. The Rose Bowl prefers a Pac-12 team and the Trojans are the marquee team in the conference. Wisconsin will sneak into their third-straight Rose Bowl by beating Nebraska in the Big 10 Championship Game.
Alamo Bowl - Stanford vs. Oklahoma State
The Cardinals will drop when they lose to Oregon this week but quickly bounce back with a win over UCLA and establish themselves as the third best team in the conference. A rematch of their classic game in last year's Fiesta Bowl will be an attractive matchup for the Alamo Bowl.
Holiday Bowl - UCLA vs. TCU
The Bruins will lose some steam with consecutive losses to USC and Stanford, but will still be an attractive bowl team with a rejuvenated fan base, some star players and a well known program. They will be an especially easy choice for the Holiday Bowl which is just down the 405 from Westwood. The talented and young Bruins will get a great chance to put their improvement on display against TCU.
Sun Bowl - Washington vs. Miami
The Sun Bowl needs fan bases that travel well and the Huskies have one of the best in the conference for traveling along with a team that will have a five-game winning streak. This will also set up a really fun matchup between programs that were somewhat considered rivals a little more than 10 years ago as they faced each other for some very memorable games.
Las Vegas Bowl - Oregon State vs. San Diego State
Poor Beavers, they aren't the most marquee program in the conference and they don't travel as well as others and it will hurt them this year in a bowl field that is filled with a number of more attractive teams with similar records. However, after two losing seasons, the Beavers should relish the chance to get back to a bowl game and face a very beatable team.
Fight Hunger Bowl - Arizona vs. Navy
I'm sure Wildcat fans had greater visions than the Fight Hunger Bowl after they beat Washington and USC in back-to-back weeks, but it's a very good step in the right direction in Rich Rodriguez' first year. They should put up a very large amount of points against Navy.
New Mexico Bowl - Arizona State vs. Air Force
The Sun Devils will get the win they need to get into the Pac-12's last bowl slot this week against Washington State, and though it was a rough second half of the season for Todd Graham and the Sun Devils, a very winnable bowl game will help ease the pain.
Still Alive
Utah - Now 4-6, the Utes must win their last two games and their bowl hopes will likely get officially crushed this Saturday against Arizona.
