Pac-12 Fantasy Player of the Week - Byron Marshall RB Oregon
People have been waiting to see if Marshall can step in where LaMichael James and Kenjon Barner left off and he did just that against Washington State, outscoring Marcus Mariota with a whopping 41 points.
Disappointment of the week - Bishop Sankey RB Washington
It seemed, like a match made in fantasy heaven - the nation's leading rusher going up against a much maligned run defense in Arizona State, but it was a nightmare for Sankey as he got limited carries and was stonewalled all day. The Sun Devils held Sankey to just 22 yards on the ground.
Surprise of the week - Michael Adkins RB Colorado
Relatively unknown freshman Adkins took advantage of a mid-season FCS opponent in Charleston Southern and racked up yards and touchdowns for 37 points.
Start him this week - Cyler Miles QB Washington
Pac-12 fantasy football can be tricky when your main quarterback has a bye week like Taylor Kelly and Connor Halliday do this week so you have to be resourceful if you don't have a quality backup and pickup a backup who might get in. This week, Miles could be that guy in a big way. Washington starter Keith Price is really banged up, so Miles might start, and even if he doesn't, he could see clean up time if Washington blows out Cal.
Sit him this week - Paul Perkins RB UCLA
Perkins has been the Bruins' main option with Jordon James out with an injury, but James could be back for their showdown against Oregon, and regardless, Perkins will likely have a tough time doing much against a strong Duck run defense.
Injury watch - Keith Price, Travis Wilson, De'Anthony Thomas, Marqise Lee, Jordon James, etc...
The injury bug has hit the conference hard this week as a number of big name players have uncertain statuses going into Saturday.
