Pac-12 Fantasy Player of the Week - Javorius Allen RB USC

Allen was a workhorse for the Trojans against Arizona, racking up yardage and touchdowns as he carried the Trojans to the win. Allen put up a whopping 40 points against Arizona.

Surprise of the week - Jared Baker RB Arizona

Baker filled in for the injured Nick Wilson quite well and dueled with Allen. The Wildcats came up short, but Baker put up a big 27 points.

Disappointment of the week - Jared Goff QB Cal

Goff is usually one of the top-scoring players in the conference, but got shackled by Washington, failing to throw a touchdown while losing a number of fumbles. He finished the game with just 13 points.

Start him this week - Daniel Lasco RB Cal

I foolishly said to sit Lasco last week, but I won't make that same mistake again. He is big, consistent and should up serious points against UCLA's horrible run defense.

Sit him this week - D.J. Foster RB Arizona State

Foster has cooled off since he started facing tougher competition and that shouldn't change this week against the nation's best defense. I don't expect him to do much against the Cardinal D.
