The Arizona Wildcats started the game with 31 unanswered points against the Washington State Cougars. They never looked back from there. First DaVonte' Neal housed one on the opening punt return.
Then Neal caught one in the end zone to make it 17-0 Wildcats.
Solomon lofted one over the defense to get Nate Phillips with the one-footed score. 24-0 Arizona.
After another stop (I believe on a turnover), Arizona drove to put a quick dagger in Washington State's hopes of victory, as Solomon found Cayleb Jones in the corner of the end zone.
Connor Halliday finally got Washington State on the board when he connected with Isiah Myers.
Then Washington State forced a fumble to get a field goal and make it a two score game.
But the game belonged to Solomon. He'd connect on two more touchdowns, with one going to Austin Hill after a WSU defender pushed him out of bounds (and he came back to get it).
And Trey Griffey would cap off the explosion.
Cayleb Jones would add in an onside kick return for good measure. It was all Wildcats, all night in Pullman.
