USC, Oregon, and UCLA are well represented in newest Rivals 250 recruiting rankings

The Pac-12 has 25 total commitments in the latest Rivals 250 recruiting rankings with the Trojans, Ducks, and Bruins leading the way for the conference

I don't subscribe to Ricky Bobby's motto of "If you're not first, you're last", but being first does mean something. Just ask anyone who posts on a college football message board.

Out of the major recruiting sites, Rivals.com is still at the top of the heap when it comes to overall subscribers to their network. Whenever they release a new instalment of their football recruit rankings, it's going to be a big deal. The latest version of the Rivals 250 was put out today and there are 25 players currently committed to Pac-12 schools with USC and Oregon leading the way.

When you look at what the other Power 5 conferences are doing in recruiting, the Pac-12 is in the middle of the pack. The SEC is still dominating recruiting with 72(!) commitments in the top 250. The ACC has 32, the Big Ten has 24, and the Big 12 has 21.

There are several top players that are likely going to end up at Pac-12 schools that are currently uncommitted like cornerback Iman Marshall, running back Soso Jamabo, and defensive tackle Rasheem Green in addition to several other players.

Here's a list of the 25 of the commitments in the top 250 by school (followed by their overall ranking):
