Pac-12-focused Top 25 12/2: Arizona moves into Top 10

Six Pac-12 teams in the Top 25.

Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

1. Florida State 12-0

2. Alabama 11-1

3. Oregon 11-1

The Ducks just keep stringing together great performances and they are starting to appear destined, especially with how shaky the rest of the nation's elite look. The only thing standing between them and the Playoff now is the team that handed them their last two losses.

4. Baylor 10-1

5. TCU 10-1

6. Ohio State 11-1

7. Arizona 10-2

Arizona silenced doubters and launched themselves into the Playoff conversation by beating Arizona State and getting some help from Stanford. They have a shot at the Playoff if they can beat Oregon for a third-straight time, but still might need a little bit of help.

8. Mississippi State 10-2

9. Kansas State 9-2

10. Missouri 10-2

11. Wisconsin 10-2

12. Michigan State 10-2

13. Georgia Tech 10-2

14. Georgia 9-3

15. Mississippi 9-3

16. Oklahoma 8-3

17. UCLA 9-3

Oh what a disappointment for UCLA. One of the harder teams to figure out in college football this year finished just how they started - underwhelming.

18. Arizona State 9-3

Rough end to the season for the Sun Devils and now they have to watch Arizona fight for the Pac-12 championship. They can still finish with a decent season this year if they can win their bowl game.

19. Clemson 9-3

20. Louisville 9-3

21. Auburn 8-4

22. LSU 8-4

23. Utah 8-4

The Utes barely got a win at Colorado, but that is not nearly as embarrassing as it sounds. Finishing the season in the Top 25 would be an amazing feat for Utah considering how little buzz they had going into the season.

24. USC 8-4

USC band aided the UCLA a little bit by blowing out Notre Dame, but they are still going to be seen as a mystifying team with a lot of talent that could beat anyone but also lose to anyone.

25. Nebraska 9-3
