Pac-12 Fantasy Player of the Week - Cyler Miles QB Washington
Miles came off a one-game suspension hot and burned Eastern Washington with his feet, scoring three touchdowns on the ground while also adding one through the air. He put up 36 points while he led the Huskies to 59 points.
Surprise of the Week - Devon Allen WR Oregon
Redshirt freshman Allen came into Saturday's game with just one career catch for five yards, but blew up with three huge catches for more than 100 yards and two touchdowns. Everyone knew that one of the Ducks' young receivers would blow up and it looks like Allen could be that player.
Disappointment of the Week - Byron Marshall RB Oregon
Marshall came into the season as the conference's leading returner in points at running back, but scored just a couple against Michigan State. Marshall gained just nine yards on five carries and appears to be looking more like a receiving back than a running back as he loses his carries to freshman sensation Royce Freeman.
Start Him This Week - Byron Marshall RB Oregon
Speaking of Marshall, I expect him to get a lot of carries Saturday as the Ducks casually blast Wyoming and they try to save Freeman a little bit for tougher competition. Also expect him to make some big plays catching the ball.
Sit Him This Week - Cyler Miles QB Washington
Another fantasy player of the week to dud could be Miles as he looked like he couldn't throw the ball down field at all against Eastern Washington and that might be even harder to do against Illinois, and he might not be able to make up for it with rushing touchdowns like he did against Eastern.
