2016 five-star guard Kobi Simmons cuts list to six; Arizona makes cut

Simmons is the sixth-ranked player in ESPN's Top 100 for 2016.

Sean Miller and the Arizona Wildcats already have locked up one player in the top 10 of ESPN's 2016 top 100 in TJ Leaf, now they are in the hunt for another.

Kobi Simmons, #6 on the ESPN Top 100 told Scout's Evan Daniels that his list has been trimmed to six. Included on that list is Arizona.

Has visits set for Kentucky and Xavier.</p>&mdash; Evan Daniels (@EvanDaniels) <a href="https://twitter.com/EvanDaniels/status/620349516827480064">July 12, 2015</a></blockquote>

As Daniels states, Simmons doesn't have a visit set up with Arizona at this point, but one would have to assume that setting up a visit with the remaining schools on his list is the next logical step for the Alpharetta, Georgia native.
