For the second time since June began, Arizona State head coach Bobby Hurley has landed a top-150 player in the class of 2016. On June 10, it was combo guard Sam Cunliffe. On Tuesday afternoon, it was center Jethro Tshisumpa, per ESPN's Reggie Rankin.

The consensus on Tshisumpa is that he is much further along defensively than offensively, but if Hurley and his staff can develop an offensive game for the big man, he could be a steal.
Below you can find Tshisumpa's highlight reel from his junior season at Virginia's Mountain Mission School.
