After a wild opening week of the season, we opened up a poll to see where you ranked each Pac-12 school after their first game. Here are the results:
1. Stanford (1-0)
The debut of senior quarterback Ryan Burns was a successful as the Cardinal beat Kansas State to start there season. Chris McCaffrey totaled 166 years and two touchdowns in the win.
2. Washington (1-0)
They beat Rutgers. Is that impressive? Nope. Let’s wait and see what else the Huskies can do this year.
3. Oregon (1-0)
The first week showed us that Oregon is still the same team from years before. High scoring, questionable defense. But new quarterback Dakota Prukop looked good in his debut.
4. Utah (1-0)
A lot of people’s sleeper pick to win the Pac-12 starter strong with a shutout of Southern Utah.
5. Colorado (1-0)
In one of the most impressive performances of the week, Colorado absolutely rolled over rival Colorado State in Mile High Stadium. Can they play like that every week though?
6. UCLA (0-1)
A disaapointing start of the season for the bruins as they loss in College Station against Texas A&M. An overtime loss when you’re a road underdog isn't bad but the way the offense looked is a cause for concern.
7. Arizona State (1-0)
Arizona state beat cupcake Northern Arizona. That’s about it. But they have a good test against Texas Tech next week.
8. Arizona (0-1)
A last second field goal was the final blow against BYU for Arizona. Not an ideal start for Rich Rodriguez and company but they look to bounce back against Grambling.
9. Cal (1-0)
They opened up the college football season against Hawaii in Sydney, Australia. New quarterback Davis Webb looks like he might become Johnny Manziel .25; not in the way he plays, just on his personality.
10. USC (0-1)
Oh it was not a good week to be a Trojan. They got absolutely hammered by Alabama in Jerry World with the whole world watching. USC has some work to do.
11. Oregon State (0-1)
Losing to Minnesota close wasn't a bad start for Oregon State. Don’t you miss the times when the Rodgers brothers made Oregon State relevant?
12. Washington State (0-1)
Good ‘Ole WazZu! They lost to Eastern Washington, an FCS school... Send help.
