The No. 1 recruit in the 2019 class, defensive end Kayvon Thibodeaux, wasn’t the only prospect to receive an offer from the Stanford Cardinal yesterday. In fact, the Cardinal offered five other prospects ranging from the 2018 class to the 2019 class.

The two 2018 recruits Stanford offered were Chaminade High School (California) 4-star wide receiver Michael Wilson and Arp High School (Texas) 4-star safety DeMarvion Overshown.

Overshown is considered one of the hardest hitting defensive backs in the state of Texas and Wilson told Rivals a couple weeks ago when he didn’t have an offer from the Cardinal that if he were to receive one from Stanford, “That would sound golden to my ears.”

The other three prospects Stanford offered are apart of the 2019 class: wide receiver Jordan Whittington, defensive end Christopher Hinton and defensive back D.J. Turner II.

Each of these five recruits have received other Pac-12 offers along with offers from the SEC, ACC, Big 12 and Big Ten.
