The Cardinal offered Wilson a scholarship just a week ago and he wasted very little time in making his decision. Stanford is seen as Wilson’s “dream school”.
The 6-foot-2 recruit is a physical receiver. He uses his size to create separation against small defenders, catches the ball well through contact and is a solid blocker. Last year, Wilson was utilized as a possession and deep threat. In 2016, Wilson caught 70 receptions for 1,279 yards and 12 touchdowns.
Wilson’s stock recently started taking off, as he received offers from the likes of Notre Dame and several other Pac-12 others.
