At the recent Nike Opening Camp in Los Angeles, Floyd performed well. He clocked in at 4.78 during his 40-yard dash and recorded a 34-inch vertical.
Floyd has played running back and outside linebacker at Hawkins High School in L.A. He projects to beecome an inside or outside linebacker at the next level. Floyd is seen as the No. 1 athlete in the state of California.
Floyd had received offers from Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska and Pittsburgh before committing to the Trojans. He is USC’s first commit of the 2019 Class.
