Pacific Takes Top 25 11.19.18: Washington State moves up to number six

Washington State gets closer to the Top Four.

  4. Michigan 10-1
  5. Georgia 10-1
  6. Washington State 10-1 - The Cougars are right there with any one-loss team, in my opinion. I doubt the Playoff committee thinks that, but they should.
  7. Oklahoma 10-1
  8. UCF 10-0
  9. Ohio State 10-1
  10. LSU 9-2
  11. West Virginia 8-2
  12. Florida 8-3
  13. Texas 8-3
  14. Penn State 8-3
  15. Washington 8-3 - It hasn’t quite been the season the Huskies thought it would be, but they still have a chance to make a run at the Top 10, but they’re going to have to win on the road against one of the nation’s hottest teams. A loss in the Apple Cup will push the Huskies to the edge of the Top 25.
  16. Utah 8-3 - The Utes have crawled back into the Top 20. They should be able to take care of business against BYU, but they’ll have to beat a Washington school in the P12CG to stay comfortably in the Top 25.

  21. Northwestern 7-4
