Roy Lopez is a strong man. And Roy Lopez is now a member of the Arizona Wildcats.
Thank you to all of the schools that reached out to me during these crazy times. I am so humbled and grateful to announce I am coming back home to my home state! God Bless & Bear Down ⬇️ pic.twitter.com/zCNIUKezVg

This is a huge get for the Wildcats as Lopez presents a challenge for any offensive line to block one-on-one. He should instantly contribute after he played just three games a season ago, and had his 2019 season count as a redshirt.
At 6’2, 290 pounds, he’s as strong as a ox and as fast as he can be for his size. And that’s fast. His get off is incredible and he has great hand usage in the trenches.
It’s no wonder he left as New Mexico State’s active career sack leader.

A great get and an instant contributor for head coach Kevin Sumlin and Co.
