Over the past year, as he told Pac-12 Networks' Yogi Roth before Saturday's game against Washington, MacIntyre has shed 60 pounds from his frame in an attempt to show his players that he's right there with them when it comes to committing to change.

"I stand up in front of these young men that are looking to me as a leader," he said while powering through a run in the thin Rocky Mountain air. "If I'm telling them to get in shape and do the right things, I need to."
