There are several big prospects from the Pac-12 who could go early in this year's NBA Draft. HoopsHype's latest mock draft has two Pac-12 picks being taken high in the lottery.
Jaylen Brown, 9th pick, Toronto Raptors: If Brown drops in the draft due to his struggles in the college game, a team is going to get a valuable NBA-ready wing. Brown’s defense and measurables are all set for him to be an elite wing defender. The offense can come with time. But Brown’s talent isn’t going anywhere, and if he figures it out, watch out.
Jakob Poeltl, 10th pick, Milwaukee Bucks: Poeltl is an NBA-ready big man who figures to find himself quickly in a four man big rotation. His ability to post up and get instant offense inside while providing added rim protection will come in handy for a team that is in need of defense and center depth. Getting a seven footer as complete as Poeltl.
