College basketball top 25 rankings: Arizona 4th, UCLA 8th, Oregon 9th

There were a few bizarre changes in the top 25 prior to the NCAA Tournament. Not like anyone cares too much. A look at some of the changes.

4. Arizona Wildcats. Arizona didn’t get a one seed but is now ranked among the top four programs in the nation. Can the Wildcats make their way up to number one when all is said and done?

8. UCLA Bruins. UCLA took a bit of a bump down after dropping to Arizona in the Pac-12 tournament semifinal. Now the Bruins are looking to finish #1 for the first time in 20 year.s.

9. Oregon Ducks. Oregon slid down after losing in the Pac-12 tournament final, but they are still top ten caliber.
