Oregon Ducks running back Thomas Tyner was considered the jewel of their recruiting class after committing about a year ago. He was breaking state records, including a 600+ rushing yard performance.
Now, he's putting himself back out there for everyone else to make their case. Justin Hopkins of 247Sports reports that Tyner has reopened his recruitment and will be taking a look around to see what else is out there.
It's not looking like Tyner is turning his back on Oregon. It just seems like he's naturally curious to explore other schools before he firms up his decision to the Ducks.
How do I know where I'm truly happy if I haven't put myself out there yet? Still love my ducks. Gotta do what I gotta do.

Tyner has been committed for over a year to the Ducks, so it felt like a sure thing that he'd be suiting up for Oregon next year. But you can imagine now that he's gaining a lot more interest for his production during his senior season. There's probably a lot of genuine interest from top schools all over the country.
Tyner currently has offers from Oregon State, USC, UCLA and Washington, but ever since he verballed to the Ducks the interest had dropped off. You have to figure that other offers will be coming now that he's back on the market and taking officials.
