Javon McKinley recruiting: Oregon, USC, Washington, Stanford all pursuing

Who are we getting?

Scott Olmos-USA TODAY Sports

Corona (Ca.) Centennial wide receiver Javon McKinley has a host of programs after him. Let's take a look at each of them.

Oregon Ducks: Oregon is in need of athletes at all the time, but McKinley isn't here to provide that speed (4.78 40 time). He's a big wide receiver who's almost certainly being brought in to add that blocking dimension and provide solid athleticism to open up lanes.

Stanford Cardinal: McKinley appears to be getting some solid treatment from Stanford, but he still doesn't have a Cardinal offer yet.

USC Trojans: As you'd expect, they are probably the favorite. If USC goes in hard on McKinley, they are probably getting him. But this is still probably open-ended as the Trojans have a lot of big targets.

Washington Huskies: Washington actually seems to be a strong candidate. UW's hopes might be contingent on how much USC wants him.
