The Arizona Wildcats: Arizona could use tough playmakers and blockers to unleash their offense.
The Arizona State Sun Devils: Ditto ASU, who tend to utilize tight ends regularly when their offense is unleashed to their highest potential.
The California Golden Bears: Cal is making tight ends a focal point of their offense. Expect Smalls to be a mainstay contributor if he rolls that way.
The Oregon Ducks: Oregon loves to have a dynamic tight end who can do multiple things on offense.
The Oregon State Beavers: Oregon State wants to get big and physical and Smalls would be a big component of that offensive attack.
Also making the cut are Fresno State and Purdue.
Take a look at Smalls’s highlights to see what he could potentially bring to a Pac-12 program.
