The Washington Huskies are going to be at the start of what figures to be a rebuilding year when they head to Idaho and Chris Petersen’s old stomping ground. With the Boise State Broncos expected to be the Mountain West Conference champs, it’s no surprise that they’re favored by double digit points.

Washington lost a lot of defensive talent, has a new quarterback, a new running back, and is down most of their top skill production from last season. It's just hard to look at this game and see an easy test, particularly for a Boise State team that snuffed out a Pac-12 South runner-up in Arizona. I don't see Washington winning this game, unless you believe that Chris Petersen can coach them up. Petersen hasn't had any real huge victories yet with the Huskies, so it's hard to see a breakthrough this season.

The over/under for Washington and Boise State is currently set around 56 points, which might be a little high. You’ll really need to have faith in the Washington offense if you expect the over to hit.
