The Washington State Cougars generally have a ton of trouble recruiting at several positions. One position they have no trouble recruiting is at wide receiver. Washington State has the system in place to recruit the best people at those spots.

Their latest came in the form of Detroit, Michigan wide receiver Brandon Gray.

Gray held offers from a few major programs, but he has a few attributes that you feel will make him stand out and succeed in the Pac-12. More from PJ Kendall at CougCenter.

Gray reported offers from, among others, Iowa State, Syracuse, Arkansas and Minnesota. Given that Gray is from Michigan, a breakout senior season could draw attention from the heavier hitters in the Big Ten, which could make it tough to keep him in the fold. (this is complete speculation on my part, fed by years of scar tissue)

Gray is considered a three-star prospect (0.8503) by 247Sports, is ranked as the 128th best wide receiver and the 18th best Michigan recruit.
