Kevin Palma made his commitment to Stanford on Sunday night.

"I just love the program and the academics," Palma said. "It doesn't get any better than Stanford when you are looking for the best of both. I love the proximity to home too so my family can see me play."

Palma considers himself a solid commit, but has not firmly decided if he wants to take any other trips.

Palma is a local California athlete, attending school in Mission Oak High in Tulare in the Central Valley. Palma measured in around 6-1/6-2 and 225-240 pounds depending on who you believe. His rumored 40-yard dash is around 4.5 seconds.
