Oregon moved down a spot after handily throttling Arizona State. Guess that's what happens when Florida keeps on beating everyone in the SEC, although Oregon took only one quarter to issue their statement, Florida needed three. Chip Kelly is an impatient man.
Oregon State and USC are also in the top ten. Oregon State gutted out another big win against Utah with Cody Vaz at QB; USC handled their business against Colorado like every team that has a pulse has been able to do. Much bigger tests await in Washington and Arizona, both tough road games.
Stanford took care of Cal and now seems right back on track after a tough overtime loss to Notre Dame. The Cardinal schedule eases up these next two weeks before getting back to being difficult the final few weeks of the season.
Arizona, Arizona State and UCLA all get votes and are all ranked in the top 40.
