NBA mock draft 2014: Dwight Powell, C.J. Wilcox, Kyle Anderson second rounders

Harry How

Which Pac-12 players could be picked in the second round of the 2014 NBA Draft?

We've covered where players like Aaron Gordon, Jahii Carson and Spencer Dinwiddie are expected to end up in the first round of the NFL draft. Let's take a look at the second round (courtesy of the latest mock from DraftExpress).

2nd round
Milwaukee Bucks, 31st pick: Dwight Powell, Stanford Cardinal

Powell hasn’t fully developed into the player he could be at Stanford, but there is a lot of hope that he could become something greater at the next level with enough development. He makes for a solid second round talent.

Cleveland Cavaliers, 32nd pick: Zach LaVine, UCLA Bruins

LaVine is one of those impressive all-around shooting threats who can create his own shot and has a pure stroke. Cleveland (one of the worst offensive teams in basketball) could sure use an offensive threat like him.

Philadelphia 76ers, 34th pick: C.J. Wilcox, Washington Huskies

Wilcox has come alive this season, and he could start shooting up draft boards if he keeps on showing how good of a shooter he is off the dribble and behind the three-point arc.

Charlotte Bobcats, 40th pick: Kyle Anderson, UCLA Bruins

Anderson is one of those curious talents that could fit well on the curious Bobcats, who definitely need some playmakers who can create and produce.

San Antonio Spurs, 59th pick: Jordan Bachynski, Arizona St. Sun Devils

The Spurs could use some pure centers to complement all the big men they’ve stockpiled, and Bachynski provides a natural rebounder who can keep on improving the depth.
