"Burgess is presumably being brought in to help with the secondary departures we'll see after next season, with Domo Hatfield, Reggie Porter, Justin Thomas and Brian Allen moving on. In his film (below), Burgess has good speed, that allows him to pursue his man, or help out teammates. He also plays a lot of wide receiver in his film, so that could be beneficial if Utah has interest in trying him at wide out, but he plays the ball well when it's in the air, catches with his hands and not his body, and has some nice open field moves."
