For the second time in nine days, Andy Enfield and the USC Trojans have nabbed a transfer. Last week, it was Duke guard Derryck Thornton. This week, it’s Minnesota forward Charles Buggs, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Minnesota transfer Charles Buggs has committed to USC, source told @CBSSports. Immediately eligible for next season.

Buggs is immediately eligible, whereas Thornton will have to sit a year.
In his three seasons with the Golden Gophers, Buggs appeared in 77 games and averaged 4.0 points and 2.1 assists per game.
