Devon Modster recruiting: Arizona, UCLA, Boise State top 3, decision next week for QB?

Devon Modster is taking visits to two of his top three this week prior to making his decision. He visited Boise State the week before so they're all clustered in pretty close together. He won't wait much longer for sure.  It's worth nothing that Arizona already has a commitment from a potential quarterback in Khalil Tate.
