Stovall definitely has a lot of cuts and moves to be a solid contributor at the next level for the Trojans. You can already see he has plenty of elite speed and stands out among all the other players that are on the football field. He moves fast, cuts fast, and gets out in space and does pretty well whereever he goes. Stovall takes one cut and that's all he needs to make big plays.
The issue with Stovall's tape is that he is playing against inferior competition. Stovall is playing in a league that isn't full of top-flight prospects, so he looks really good and really quick compared to everyone else. It remains to be seen if Stovall is going to be that special and better compared to everyone else on the collegiate level, but he does stand out compared to everyone else.
