Fantasy Star of the Week
Connor Halliday QB Washington State
Halliday has been prolific in every single one of his starts, and he put together another huge stat line against Colorado, throwing for 400 yards and four touchdowns. Halliday looks like he could be the permanent starter for Mike Leach in Pullman, which is good news for team Bring the Buff in the Pacific Takes Pac-12 Fantasy Football League, who wisely picked him up a couple of weeks ago.
Surprise Player of the Week
Jordan Webb QB Colorado
Webb didn't throw for as many yards and touchdowns as Halliday, but also ran for two and threw one less interception as he led the Buffaloes over the Cougars in an incredible comeback. Webb still remains unclaimed as a free agent in the Pacific Takes Pac-12 Fantasy Football League and it is likely that he will stay that way as Colorado will face tougher defenses the rest of the season.
Biggest Disappointment
Matt Scott QB Arizona
Scott actually led the conference in fantasy points heading into this week, but produced a 2-point game against Oregon as the Ducks defense picked him off three times and he struggled mightily to connect with his receivers, especially in the red zone.

2. Matt Scott QB Arizona 112 points
3. Matt Barkley QB USC 100 points
4. Marcus Mariota QB Oregon 96 points
5. Johnathan Franklin RB UCLA 92 points
6. Ka'Deem Carey RB Arizona 82 points
7. Marqise Lee WR USC 82 points

10. De'Anthony Thomas RB Oregon 79 points
Start Him Next Week
Stepfan Taylor RB Stanford
Stanford has run for an astronomical amount of yards against Washington in recent years and there's no reason to think that they won't again this year. Also, Taylor is sharing less carries with other backs this season, so he should put up some big numbers.
Sit Him Next Week
Ka'Deem Carey RB Arizona
Oregon State has already shut down Montee Ball and Johnathan Franklin, there's no reason to think that they won't do the same to Carey.
