Pac-12 early football lines have been released. Let's take a look at how the Arizona Wildcats have performed.
20 point favorites at Colorado
19 point favorites vs. Washington State
17 point favorites at UNLV
12 point favorites vs. Utah
11 point favorites at Cal
4 point favorites vs. UCLA
5 point underdogs at Arizona State
5 point underdogs at Washington
7 point underdogs at USC
12 point underdogs vs. Oregon
The Arizona Wildcats seem to be one team that will be on its way up in the 2013 season. Vegas is buying in on Rich Rodriguez's offense, which will make them significant favorites in five games this year. Arizona is also fortunate to play the four Pac-12 teams who appear to be a notch below everyone else this year.
Even in road contests against Arizona State, Washington and USC, the Wildcats seem to be within striking distance. It's only Oregon where Arizona will appear to have an uphill climb. Arizona also appears to be pretty even with former Pac-12 South champions UCLA.
Pair that with the +675 odds to be the Pac-12 champion and the +320 odds to be the Pac-12 South Champion, it seems like things are looking up for Rich Rod and crew.
Considering how there generally isn't that much buzz around the Arizona football program, this has to be a positive sign that Vegas thinks this highly of the Wildcats going into this season.
