The UCLA Bruins have their newest commitment. Meet three-star wide receiver CJ Parks. The Santa Ana (Ca.) Mater Dei wideout pledged to the Bruins in a busy day for UCLA recruiting.

Parks held offers from Boston College, Iowa State, Illinois, Nevada and Rutgers. A three-star prospect (0.8619) who is the 95th best wide receiver and the 62nd best prospect in the state of California.

Greg Biggins of Scout has more.

He has grown physically while improving his athleticism and few players play with the kind of edge Parks has. He plays with a chip on his shoulder and is a tough, competitive kid who you love to play with but hate to battle against.

"My plan was always to commit before the season and UCLA is where I always wanted to go," Parks said. "It feels like a family here and I always feel at home. I've known Demetrice Martinfor a long time, he and my dad are close and those are the two guys I trained with up until high school.
