All is forgiven in Heritage Hall between the USC Trojans and their head coach. Steve Sarkisian has said his apologies for the way he behaved himself at the Salute to Troy event, will seek his treatment, and get back to the business of coaching a USC football team that is expected to do big things this year.

However, Pac-12 Networks has given us the joy of seeing Sark's punishment in action, and boy is he treating those up-downs seriously. Like this is the same fervent skill that you see out of a chubby 12 year old kid. Full video of this is available here.
