Arizona football recruiting: Jamardre Cobb, Andrew Mike, Trevor Wood updates

The Arizona Wildcats have enjoyed early success on the recruiting trail, and are now looking to land one of the strongest classes in the Pac-12.

Los Angeles (Ca.) Bishop Mora Saleisan linebacker Jamardre Cobb has Arizona in his top three along with Oklahoma and Florida State.

Los Angeles (Ca.) Bishop Mora Salesian safety Rodney Carr, Cobb & Salesian athlete Marquis Ware are rumored to want to play together. Carr has already picked the Wildcats. Ware is Carr's cousin.

Norco (Calif.) DB Kwesi Mashack holds an Arizona offer. Hawaii was his second. A visit is coming later this month.

Portland (Or.) Central Catholic defensive end Connor Humphreys is planning on three visits, including both Arizona schools and Wisconsin.

Peoria (Az.) Centennial offensive tackle Layth Friekh is getting a lot of hard recruiting from Arizona.

Scottsdale (Az.) Chaparral tight end Trevor Wood has a final three list of UCLA, Arizona and Oregon.

Tucson (Az.) Sabino offensive tackle Andrew Mike has Arizona in his final five.

Fort Scott J.C. defensive back Tellas Jones is a late addition to the 2013 recruiting class. Jones has four seasons to play four. A look at his highlights here. He can play linebacker or safety and will be here for fall camp.

Fresno (Ca.) Central East running back Nick Wilson is committed to Arizona, but Washington is chasing him hard.

La Habra (Ca.) tight end Darrell Cloy is ready for an Arizona visit.

Arizona & UCLA make the final cut for offensive guard Natrell Curtis.
