Pac-12 football picks: Arizona or ASU in the Territorial Cup?

Wildcats or Sun Devils? Cardinal or Irish? Trojans or Bruins? Huskies or Cougars? Ducks or Beavers? Buffs or Utes?

William Mancebo

What are your picks for each Pac-12 game this week and why?

Jack Follman, Pacific Takes

USC over UCLA - I really love how the Trojans defense has looked recently, they're at home and they are out for revenge.

Arizona over Arizona State - Simply because it always seems like the underdog wins this game.

Washington over Washington State - The Huskies play really well at home under Sarkisian, have an underrated pass defense that can frustrate Connor Halliday and likely feel like they owe the Cougars one.

Stanford over Notre Dame - The Irish seem to have Pac-12 teams' number this year, but the Cardinal have them at home and shut be able to shut down the Irish's limited offense.

Oregon over Oregon State - Both teams are coming off painful weekends where you have to wonder where their heads are, but the Ducks are much more talented than the Beavers.

Utah over Colorado - The Utes are better than their 4-7 record indicates and the Buffs probably aren't as good as their's indicates. The Utes are also great at home.

Chris Landon, UW Dawg Pound

Washington over WSU: The Huskies are second in the conference in total offense and are playing at home.

Oregon over Oregon State: I may regret this pick as I think Mike Riley has a better handle on his players than Helfrich, but Marcus Mariota is too good.

Arizona State over Arizona: Typical ""come down"" game for the Wildcats as I expect ASU to handle their business in Tempe.

Utah over Colorado: I like Utah's defense to save this one for an offensively challenged Ute team in what would possibly be either of Dennis Erickson's or Kyle Whittingham's last hurrah if things don't go well.

Stanford over Notre Dame: Stanford still has a lot to play for and their weapons should be just enough to grind out a close win.

USC over UCLA: The novelty of the Myles Jack affair has worn off and, let's face it, he's not that impressive on defense anyhow. I don't see the Bruins slowing Buck Allen and Cody Kessler - with apologies to BJ Denker, the most improved QB in the Pac - is really building rapport with Nelson Agholor.

Jason Bartel, AZ Desert Swarm

Cats over Devils. Ka'Deem Carey shows why he should be invited to NYC as a Heisman finalist.

Ducks over Beavs. Oregon can't come out like that twice in a row, right?

Stanford over Notre Dame. Gotta keep the momentum rolling into the ASU game next week.

WSU over UW. Just a hunch.

Colorado over Utah. Travis Wilson factor.

USC over UCLA. Coach O don't lose at home.
