Washington Huskies quarterback Jake Browning. Browning had an outstanding sophomore season. Can he take another leap ahead and be the best player in college football?

USC Trojans quarterback Sam Darnold. Darnold had full control last season. Can he run the best offense in college football?

Washington State Cougars quarterback Luke Falk. Falk has proven that he can handle himself well in the Air Raid. Is he capable of producing a spectacular senior campaign?

UCLA Bruins quarterback Josh Rosen. It was a tough year for the Heisman hopeful. Can Rosen bounce back and do good things in his junior season to fulfill the potential?

Oregon Ducks running back Royce Freeman. Freeman has been more than capable so far this season.

Utah Utes punter Mitch Wishnowsky. Oh, how we can only hope that a punter wins this award one day. Wishnowsky is the odds-on favorite to win his second Ray Guy award in a row for best punter in the country
