The USC Trojans are sending yet another great defender to the NFL Draft. Joining Trojan contemporaries like Leonard Williams, Nick Perry and T.J. McDonald in the league is linebacker/safety Su'a Cravens, who was selected 53rd overall by the Washington Redskins.  Cravens figures to be a very heavy hitter who can translate between big defensive back or roving linebacker, depending on what teams want to do with him.

Cravens started immediately with the Trojans, notching 40 starts in all, finishing his three year career at USC with 206 tackles and nine interceptions.  Cravens made a lot of All-American second and third teams in 2014 and was a consensus All-American freshmen by most measures.  He was the lynchpin of a USC defense in transition and one of its few consistent contributors in a season wracked with trouble and injury.

Trojan fans, what are your thoughts on Cravens? Let us know in the comments!
