First Team
Offense
QB Jared Goff Jr. Cal - Very tough call. I think you could make an argument for Kevin Hogan or Cody Kessler, but I am going with Goff because of how important he is for his team. The Bears could easily be 2-4 if they didn't have an ace at quarterback.
RB Devontae Booker Sr. Utah - Booker is the motor of the Ute offense. He already has almost 1,000 combined yards rushing and receiving and has ran for eight touchdowns.
RB Royce Freeman So. Oregon - Freeman is a yardage and touchdown machine that at times has pretty much been the only thing going for the Ducks offense. Freeman has already almost ran for 1,000 yards and he is doing it with the Oregon offense not going nearly as fast as it used to.
WR Juju Smith-Schuster So. USC - Smith Schuster has blown up even more than people anticipated he would. He already has 750 yards plus receiving and seven touchdowns.
WR Gabe Marks Jr. Washington State - Marks coming back has been a massive boost for WSU's offense as he already has almost 50 catches more than 600 yards and six touchdowns.
TE Austin Hooper Jr. Stanford - Hooper is officially turning into the next great Stanford tight end. He already has three touchdown catches this year.
OL Joshua Garnett Sr. Stanford - Garnett has become the All-American type guard everyone thought he would be going into college. Like Kevin Hogan, his senior progression has helped improve the Stanford offense.
OL Kyle Murphy Sr. Stanford - Muprhy has teamed with Garnett to get Stanford back to where they used to be on the offensive line.
OL Siaosi Aiono Sr. Utah - The rock in the middle for a Ute line that has really stepped up their game in 2015. The best healthy center in the conference.
OL Tyler Johnstone Sr. Oregon - Johnstone has been banged up this season, but he has been the leader of a line that has paved the way for endless rushing yards for the Ducks.
OL J.J. Dielman Jr. Utah - His development at tackle has really helped Utah's offense and Travis Wilson.
Defense
DL DeForest Buckner Sr. Oregon - Buckner came back for his senior year to be the unquestioned best defensive lineman in the conference. He already have five sacks and nine tackles for-loss and has been a big reason why Oregon's defense hasn't completely imploded.
DL Pita Taumoepenu Jr. Utah - Leads the Pac-12 in sacks and has been huge with Nate Orchard graduated and Hunter Dimick missing time with injuries.
DL Lowell Lotulelei So. Utah - Looking like his older brother more and more each game. Big part of why no one can run the ball against Utah.
DL Elijah Qualls So. Washington - Don't know why he isn't getting more love. Qualls is the main reason Washington has one of the best defenses in the conference and is the best inside pressure man in the conference with three sacks.
LB Blake Martinez Sr. Stanford - The conference's leading tackler is just another disciplined, tough linebacker for Stanford.
LB Jared Norris Sr. Utah - The leader of the conference's best defense, Norris is racking up tackles and shutting down defenses.
LB Salamo Fiso Jr. Arizona State - The prototypical attacking Todd Graham linebacker, Fiso leads the conference in tackles for-loss and is near the top in tackles.
DB Jordan Simone Sr. Arizona State - Simone is second in the conference and has three sacks as a safety.
DB Budda Baker So. Washington - Baker has been banged up, but he still has the best range of any safety in the conference and is the main reason Washington hasn't been giving up a lot of passing yards.
DB Marcus Williams So. Utah - Williams already has four interceptions and five passes defended.
DB Dominique Hatfield Jr. Utah - Another ballhawk that has boosted Utah's pass defense, Hatfield has three interceptions.
Special Teams
K Aidan Schneider So. Oregon - The first good Oregon kicker in a long time. Only missed one field goal this year.
P Tom Hackett Sr. Utah - Simply the best punter in the Pac-12.
R Bralon Addison Jr. Oregon - Addison has a punt return for a TD against Michigan State that was a huge and a huge momentum-swinging kickoff return for a near TD against Washington.
