UCLA Bruins to play Nebraska Cornhuskers in the 2015 Fosters Farms Bowl

Can UCLA finish 2015 with a win?

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

The topsy turvy season for UCLA will end in Santa Clara against a losing football team. The Pac-12 South runners up UCLA Bruins have been selected to take on the 5-7 Nebraska Cornhuskers in the Foster Farms Bowl in the Bay Area on December 26th. The game kicks off at 9:15 PM Pacific, 6:15 PM Eastern.

UCLA started with a strong performance against Virginia and rolled through UNLV, but then struggled against BYU. The Bruins then had a dominant Saturday night performance against Arizona, but then were upset at home by Arizona State and then got blown out by Stanford.

UCLA responded by rolling off wins against Cal, Colorado and Oregon State, but lost narrowly to Washington State at home. UCLA kept Pac-12 South title hopes alive by beating Utah, but USC took the Victory Bell and the division crown away.

This will be Jim Mora's second meeting with Mike Riley. At Oregon State, Riley lead the Beavers to an upset of UCLA early in the 2012 season.
